Who would have thought we would have a 70 degree Monday and be expecting a KY weather forecast of 1-12 inches (yes it's a big prediction...however no weather man predicted the same amount).
Mid term/final week is over & I had hoped to sleep in and rest my aching brain, but Lindsay woke up at um...5:30am ready to go. Then Char & Em came home about 8, so...it's been a full day.
Mike's dad dropped off some pop and pastries for us to expand our waistlines some more & picked us up some hamburg so I am going to attempt to make my first pot of NY Chili (as in no noodles, up north we never put noodles in our chili)...we will see if Michael will eat it. His Ma makes a mean bowl of noodle chili (more like spaghetti but they swear it's chili) & I have some pretty high standards to meet.
Enjoy the snow for those of you that have it. Me...I'm ready to tear out the flipflops!

The snow looks like fun. I totally agree with the flip flops. I'm going to email you a Rachael Ray recipe for Chili. I'm with you on the no noodles in my Chili. The recipe I'm sending does have noodles but it's so good. It's not your regular Chili.
lol! i always thought it was wierd when i moved here and noticed people put noodles in chili. I was like, thats not chili. thats spaghetti!

I am kinda, I applied at some hospitals yesterday...I had to call in today cuz I couldn't get out of my driveway. I still have that neckless I texted you about way back in January. Late last month I was like "um, does Rachel still work here?" They were like "have you seen her lately?"
i wouldnt mind going back in a couple days a week. i go into humana earlier so i can get off at like 3:30. I should email greg - (he does still work there too right???) lol any major changes in the last few months? i dont even know if they still have me on the payroll
